Welcome to Wonderland

Well, everyone else in the world has a blog, so I thought it was time I joined them. I hardly believe that I am fascinating enough for this to really be worth my time or anyone else's, but what the hey? Or is it what the hay? Also, the fact that I am ill beyond belief today and was tired of lying around (laying around?) or doing laundry (which is the only chore I have energy for) gave me the excuse to perform this potentially time wasting task.
